Yes. Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment.
After the initial three months, memberships may be cancelled with 15 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.
Yes. Monthly services are valid for three months from the date they are issued.
Unused services may be gifted to a friend or family member when booked by the original member.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, we will charge you 50% of the service plus 20% gratuity on the original service price. If you cancel on the day of the service, or no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service plus 20% gratuity on the original service price.
