  • Memberships include Classic services. Luxe and Restorative upgrades are available for an additional charge.

  • Yes. Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment.

  • After the initial three months, memberships may be cancelled with 15 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.

  • Yes. Monthly services are valid for three months from the date they are issued.

  • Unused services may be gifted to a friend or family member when booked by the original member.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, we will charge you 50% of the service plus 20% gratuity on the original service price. If you cancel on the day of the service, or no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service plus 20% gratuity on the original service price.
